Job Type:Contract-to-hire Location:San Diego, CA (Remote with very limited onsite days) Compensation:This job is expected to pay about $72 - 92/hr during the contract period, with conversion compensation $160,000-185,000 No Visa Sponsorship Available for this role What You'll Do: Lead and develop the System Engineering and Storage technical staff, including staffing, performance reviews, cross-training, team building, and productivity management. Oversee the planning, design, engineering, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of server, storage, connectivity, and data transport environments. Partner with business stakeholders to assess technology needs and coordinate multiple infrastructure projects, implementations, and ongoing operational work. Establish and maintain technical protocols, procedures, capacity plans, change management practices, and reliable client accessibility.
