Role Description The Managing Director is a full-time remote role responsible for overseeing strategic direction, client relationships, and operational performance across Clariant Solutions’ portfolio of services. This role leads the design and implementation of loss mitigation programs, supervises due diligence activities, and ensures high-quality delivery of outsourced services from the operations center. The Managing Director will manage senior team members, set goals, allocate resources, and drive continuous improvement in processes, analytics, and client outcomes. Day-to-day responsibilities include engaging with key clients and stakeholders, reviewing financial and operational metrics, guiding business development initiatives, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards. The role requires hands-on leadership, sound judgment, and the ability to work effectively in a remote, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience directing cross-functional and remote teams. Expertise in financial services, consumer and mortgage debt, and portfolio management, including loss mitigation strategies. Proficiency in strategic planning, business development, and client relationship management. Ability to interpret financial and operational data, perform risk assessments, and make data-driven decisions. Experience overseeing due diligence processes and complex portfolio transactions. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present to executive-level stakeholders. Demonstrated capability in process optimization, operational efficiency, and quality assurance in a service environment. Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA or similar) is preferred. High level of integrity, adaptability, and comfort working in a remote setting with diverse teams and clients.
