Vision Statement: “Our vision is to connect with individuals with developmental disabilities and their families, to partner with individuals and organizations regarding legal rights and assistive technology, and have a nationwide advocacy presence.” Our Priorities: Legal Rights: self advocacy, special education, current events, etc. Assistive Technology: accessible information regarding assistive technology, policy advancements Marketing Intern Description: This is a remote and unpaid/volunteer internship. The following points are what is to be expected of you in this position: Timeline: January 11 - April 4, 2027 10 hours per week Assist with website promotion, including SEO and Google Ads, and assisting in website edits Assist in creating marketing strategies such as social media posts and related tasks Helping with miscellaneous marketing tasks Report to your supervisor on a weekly basis and as often as needed throughout each week We will also be offering optional workshops in which various topics within nonprofits will be discussed for interns.
