Fully remote. We are not hiring in California at this time. We are looking for a highly motivated and driven Match Specialist to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing the initial stages of the surrogate matching process. Your main goal is to attract and engage potential surrogates, guiding them through the process, and assisting with the match call to ensure successful pairings with intended parents. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming leads from prospective surrogates and assist with the matching
process.
- Conduct initial consultations with surrogates to assess their eligibility and interest.
- Assist in the match call to ensure surrogates are paired with the best match for intended
parents.
- Maintain regular communication with surrogates through chat platforms and phone calls.
- Ensure a smooth and efficient process by addressing any questions or concerns
surrogates may have.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure the best possible experience for both
surrogates and intended parents. Qualifications:
- Strong background in sales, recruitment, or performance-based roles. At least 3 years of sales experience.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals and working in a target-driven
environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships
quickly.
- Passion for the surrogacy and fertility industry.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and stay organized in a fast-paced, remote work
environment.
- Comfortable working remotely and managing communications across different time
