Overview
The ideal MDS candidate is reputed company detailed orientated, organized, self-motivated, while reputed company being bedside for reputed company assessment and meeting with families. How you Will reputed company a difference
- Collect information to reputed company the MDS using the medical record, bedside assessment, and staff, reputed company and/or family interviews.
- Participate in Daily PPS meetings, weekly Medicare meetings, and month end meetings to assure federal billing requirements are met.
- Review Plan of Care at least quarterly and with each Comprehensive Assessment to assure changes during the quarter are included and updated. What you Need to reputed company a Difference
- reputed company or Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse with required reputed company state licensure.
- Minimum three (3) years of clinical experience in a reputed company setting; long-term care setting preferred.
