Role Description This full-time, Remote Mechanical Engineer role is based in Houston. The Mechanical Engineer will design and develop mechanical systems and components for industrial products, heavy machinery, and mission-critical applications, using CAD tools and established engineering standards. Responsibilities include performing engineering calculations, preparing detailed drawings and specifications, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and supporting design reviews.

Qualifications

Strong foundation in Mechanical Engineering and applied engineering principles. Proficiency in Machine Design and Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools for 3D modeling and drafting. Experience in Research and Development (R&D), including prototyping, testing, and design validation. Ability to manage tasks within broader Project Management frameworks, including timelines and documentation. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related discipline. Experience in industrial products, heavy machinery, automation, or related sectors is an advantage. Comfort working with cross-functional, global teams and collaborating across time zones.
