Company: Davis Capital & Insurance Job Type: Independent Contractor (1099) Work Location: Remote Job Description: About the Opportunity Davis Capital & Insurance is seeking motivated, licensed Health Insurance Agents to join our team as Independent Contractors. In this role, you will assist consumers who reach out with questions about Medicare coverage, understand their needs, and help them explore suitable Medicare plan options. We provide inbound call opportunities, training, and administrative support to help agents develop their Medicare sales knowledge and build a successful working routine.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls from consumers interested in Medicare coverage.
- Understand clients' healthcare coverage needs and discuss appropriate Medicare plan options.
- Guide eligible consumers through the enrollment process.
- Maintain accurate client information and call records in the company's CRM.
- Follow applicable sales guidelines, compliance requirements, and enrollment procedures.
- Participate in ongoing training and product updates.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Active Health Insurance License or ability to obtain the required license before selling.
- Willingness to complete required Medicare training, AHIP certification, and carrier appointment requirements.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with senior consumers.
- Coachable, dependable, and self-motivated.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
- Previous life or health insurance sales experience is an advantage, but newly licensed agents are welcome to apply.
