Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality telehealth psychotherapy to adults from diverse backgrounds, with opportunities to provide couples therapy Conduct comprehensive initial clinical intakes and formulate collaborative, individualized treatment plans Review client assessment data (MBC) to guide clinical conversations, track treatment goals, and navigate stalls in progress Utilize MMHC’s custom AI notetaker to review, finalize, and maintain timely, compliant clinical documentation Participate actively in weekly clinical supervision, biweekly peer consultation groups, and monthly professional development workshops Maintain your schedule, availability, and client records within our integrated EHR platform
Required Qualifications
Graduated from an accredited Master's program in Mental Health Counseling Active NYS MHC-LP OR recent master's graduate eligible for a Limited Permit Currently reside in New York State Committed to a full-time clinical schedule completing 30 Direct Service Hours (DSH) per week High ethical standards, clinical humility, and a strong commitment to continuous learning and incorporating feedback in supervision Embrace assessment tools and AI-assisted documentation to support high-quality client care.
