Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Functional Solution Architect

Job Title: Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Functional Solution Architect Location: Remote We are seeking an experienced D365 Finance & Operations Functional Solution Architect to lead requirements gathering, functional solution design, hands-on configuration, prototyping, and implementation delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Lead customer workshops, requirements gathering, and fit-gap analysis. Design scalable functional solutions using Dynamics 365 F&O. Perform hands-on configuration and develop working prototypes. Create functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Collaborate with technical teams throughout Agile delivery. Support SIT, UAT, data migration, deployment, and go-live. Required Qualifications: 10+ years of ERP functional consulting experience, including 5+ years with D365 F&O or Dynamics AX. Experience as a Functional Solution Architect, Functional Lead, or Senior Functional Consultant. At least 2 full-cycle ERP implementations. Strong hands-on configuration, solution design, and prototyping skills. Excellent customer-facing communication and workshop facilitation skills. Preferred: D365 Finance or Supply Chain Management (SCM) experience. Healthcare, public-sector, or regulated industry experience. Experience with Power Platform, Azure DevOps, and Agile delivery.
