Motion Graphic Designer

We’re building the best AI-powered content engine on the internet, and we’re looking for motion graphics designers with great taste. Our product can turn briefs, ideas, and source material into rough motion graphics. Your job is to take that work and make it great. That could include improving the concept, animation, pacing, transitions, typography, and overall visual direction depending on the project. Good taste is the most important skill. You should be able to look at a rough video, know what isn’t working, and turn it into something worth publishing. What you'll do Create and improve motion graphics for brands and founders Turn rough drafts and creative briefs into polished videos Improve animation, pacing, composition, typography, and transitions Explore different creative directions Take feedback and iterate until the work is ready to publish What we're looking for A strong motion graphics portfolio Great visual taste A strong feel for animation, pacing, typography, and composition Experience creating polished work for brands, products, or social content Able to take a rough idea or draft and turn it into a strong creative direction Organized, independent, and detail-oriented Experience using Remotion is a plus, but not required. The setup Fully remote, mostly flexible hours, with real room to grow as we do.
