NIL Marketing & Partnerships Intern

Now Accepting Applications: Unpaid Internship This is an unpaid internship. We are looking for a detail-oriented intern to help manage our growing athlete community, with a focus on athlete communications, CRM tracking, and partner experience. Electro is a functional electrolyte chewing gum brand growing quickly across college and professional sports. We work with NIL athletes at programs nationwide, professional players in the NBA and NFL, and a growing network of athlete ambassadors. Remote | Flexible schedule | Unpaid internship About You Ability to learn new tools and systems quickly. Self-motivated and comfortable working in a remote startup environment. Ability to manage a high volume of daily communication. Students in sports management, marketing, or communications are encouraged to apply. Basic understanding of NIL agreements (training is provided). Knowledge of college sports, including major programs and conferences. Role Overview Identify strong athlete content for potential use on Electro's channels. Document athlete outreach in our CRM with clear notes and follow-up dates. Coordinate with the founding team on athlete program updates. Review inbound athlete applications and route qualified candidates to the team. Represent the brand professionally and positively in every communication. Recruit new athlete partners and guide them through onboarding. Research NIL trends and identify athletes with growing social audiences.
