Role Description Support our Account Managers with client requests, timesheets, worker placements and follow-ups Build and deliver client reports on hours, spend and placement activity Assist with invoice preparation Partner with our IT team to improve, test and roll out new tools and workflows Work with AM to ensure job, jobsite, worker and compliance data accurate Spot process gaps and help fix them Jump in on other operations projects as needed What we're looking for: Experience in operations, staffing, billing or account support Strong Excel skills and comfort working with data/AI Invoicing or accounts receivable experience is a plus Comfortable testing software and giving clear feedback Organized, self-driven and a clear communicator Staffing or workforce-management software experience is not preferred but is a plus Location: Remote, Phoenix, AZ area Interested, or know someone who'd be a great fit?
