Pay Rate: $70–$75/hour on W-2 Location: New York, NY 10041 Start Date: November 9, 2026 Contract Duration: 2 months, with potential for extension Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM EST Hours: 40 hours per week Job Overview We are seeking a skilled HCM professional with strong PeopleSoft experience and secondary experience with Oracle HCM Cloud to support HR technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will collaborate with HR, IT, Payroll, and other business stakeholders to analyze business requirements, optimize HR systems, support implementations, and improve system functionality.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with HR, IT, Payroll, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate HR processes into system solutions. Support the configuration, implementation, testing, and optimization of PeopleSoft and Oracle HCM Cloud applications. Analyze business requirements, perform gap analysis, and recommend system enhancements. Work with HCM modules, including Core HR, Payroll, Time and Labor, Absence Management, Benefits, and Reporting. Develop reports, dashboards, and analytical tools to support business decisions. Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT), document issues, and coordinate resolution. Assist with data migration, system integrations, and data validation to ensure accuracy and integrity. Develop training materials, support end users, and troubleshoot system-related issues.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. 2–3 years of experience as an HCM Business Analyst or in a similar role. Strong primary experience with PeopleSoft and secondary experience with Oracle HCM Cloud. Knowledge of HR, Payroll, Time and Labor, Absence Management, Benefits, and Reporting processes. Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud, system integrations, data migration, and testing. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
