🚨 We're Hiring: Oracle Learning Management Cloud (OLC) Functional Lead 📍 Location: New York, NY (Remote) ⏳ Duration: Long-Term Contract 💼 Experience: 12–15 Years in Oracle HCM / HR Technology We are seeking an experienced Oracle Learning Cloud Functional Lead to drive end-to-end solution design, implementation, and delivery of Oracle Learning Management Cloud (OLC). The ideal candidate will have deep Oracle Fusion HCM expertise, multiple Learning Cloud implementations, and strong client-facing leadership skills. 🔹 Required Skills & Experience 8–15 years of Oracle HCM / HR Technology experience. 10+ years in Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant / Lead roles. 3+ Oracle Learning Cloud implementations. Experience with global implementations and full lifecycle delivery. Strong knowledge of Learning & Development, compliance training, and certification processes. Hands-on expertise in Oracle Learning Cloud catalog, courses, offerings, certifications, ILT/VILT, and learning journeys. Strong understanding of Core HR, Talent, and Recruiting integrations. Working knowledge of HDL, HCM Extracts, OTBI, and BI Publisher. Familiarity with APIs, third-party content integrations, and reporting analytics. Experience leading client workshops, stakeholder discussions, and delivery teams. 🔧 Key Responsibilities Lead Oracle Learning Cloud functional design, configuration, and implementation. Conduct requirements-gathering workshops and develop solution designs. Define learning architecture, governance, and compliance frameworks. Manage data migration and integrations with Core HR, Talent, and external content providers. Design OTBI dashboards and BI Publisher reports. Lead SIT, UAT, Go-Live, and Hypercare activities. Provide guidance on HDL, HCM Extracts, and integrations. Drive delivery governance and advise clients on learning transformation. ⭐ Preferred Qualifications Healthcare-sector implementation experience. Oracle Learning Cloud certification. LMS migration and LXP integration experience. Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies.
