Next Ventures is recruiting for an unnamed global medical device manufacturer seeking a Program Manager to lead its Enterprise Data Management transformation program. The role turns the company’s data strategy into results by coordinating business and technology teams, establishing data governance and accountability, and reporting to executive stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Define program scope, milestones, deliverables and KPIs for the enterprise data roadmap
- Set up governance, roles, decision-making and the executive reporting cadence
- Build and manage an integrated program plan, with dependencies across data, process, technology and people
- Work with system architects on the enterprise data management (MDM) platform and on data migration between systems
- Spot risks and slippage early, and drive recovery plans
- Lead adoption of new data standards across the business
Skills
- 5+ years in program or project management, leading large cross-functional initiatives
- Hands-on experience with enterprise data management, MDM or data governance programs
- Experience delivering data migration or data transition between systems
- A strong analytical mindset, comfortable reading, challenging and translating data
- Excellent stakeholder management and facilitation skills, up to executive level
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, IS, Computer Science, Data or Finance
- Medical device or regulated manufacturing experience
- Product or customer master data experience
- PMP, PgMP, Agile or Scrum certification
