🚀 We’re Hiring: Oracle Retail (Retek) Functional Consultant 📍 Location: Remote (Travel to Des Moines, IA – 1 Week per Quarter) ⏳ Contract Duration: 6+ Months 💼 Engagement: Contract We are looking for an experienced Oracle Retail (Retek) Functional Consultant to join our team and support Application Management Services (AMS) engagements for Oracle Retail Cloud applications. The ideal candidate will have strong functional expertise in Oracle Retail Cloud modules, experience delivering ongoing production support and enhancements, and the ability to collaborate with business and technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Provide ongoing functional support for Oracle Retail Cloud applications as part of AMS engagements. Manage incident, problem, change, and release management activities. Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional designs and solutions. Support business process optimization, enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives. Coordinate functional testing and work closely with business and technology teams. Support Oracle Retail modules, including: Merchandising Foundation Cloud Service (MFCS) Pricing Cloud Service (PCS) Invoice Matching Cloud Service (IMCS) Event Planner Related integrations Drive operational stability, automation, and application performance improvements. Support Oracle Retail implementation projects when required, with implementation activities potentially taking priority over AMS support. Collaborate with Engagement Managers, project teams, and cross-functional stakeholders, escalating critical issues when necessary. Lead assigned projects or workstreams and provide guidance to team members. Required Skills & Competencies Strong functional knowledge of Oracle Retail (Retek) applications. Experience supporting Oracle Retail Cloud applications in an AMS environment. Understanding of retail business processes and functional requirements. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills. High attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and provide clear guidance to others. Additional Details Remote working opportunity. Must be available to travel to Des Moines, IA, for one week per quarter.
