Patient Copay Support Representative Quality auditor

Assist patients with copay assistance programs, manufacturer savings programs, and financial support options. Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls to patients regarding copay support eligibility and enrollment. Verify patient information, insurance coverage, and program eligibility. Explain program requirements, benefits, enrollment procedures, and applicable restrictions. Assist patients with enrollment applications and documentation. Process and maintain patient information accurately in internal systems. Work with pharmacies, healthcare providers, insurance companies, and pharmaceutical manufacturers as needed. Help resolve issues involving copay cards, vouchers, reimbursements, or assistance funds. Follow up with patients regarding missing information, enrollment status, or program renewals. Protect confidential patient information and follow HIPAA and privacy requirements. Document all patient interactions and maintain accurate records. Meet established quality, productivity, call-handling, and customer-service goals. Escalate complex insurance, eligibility, or patient-support issues to the appropriate department. Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
