The role focuses on identifying responsible application/infrastructure owners, communicating remediation requirements, tracking progress, and ensuring issues are resolved within established timelines. Key Requirements: Working knowledge of SSH keys, SSL/TLS certificates, PKI, certificate lifecycle management, and related infrastructure. Experience coordinating technical remediation efforts across application, infrastructure, security, and engineering teams. Strong organizational skills, Excel proficiency, tracking, documentation, and reporting. Ability to communicate technical remediation requirements to application owners and guide them through the process. Understanding of certificate rotation, renewal, replacement, trust stores, and related security risks. Familiarity with Windows, Linux, and enterprise infrastructure environments. Manager Feedback: This is primarily a remediation coordination role, not a hands-on certificate engineering position. The individual will work with technical owners to ensure remediation is completed rather than personally making all SSH key or certificate changes. Strong Excel skills and the ability to review tracking spreadsheets, identify responsible owners, and follow up on outstanding remediation items are particularly important. Candidates need enough technical understanding of certificates and SSH keys to explain the required changes and guide application owners through remediation. The manager did not identify a mandatory certificate management platform or specific certification. Strong communication, follow-through, and the ability to manage multiple remediation activities are important. Location: Open to remote or in office (San Antonio)
