PeopleSoft Security Analyst

Job Title: PeopleSoft Security Analyst Location: 100% Remote Hours: 37.5/week (required 4 weeks unpaid vacation) Duration: 12+ Month Contract, likely extension Interview: Could be onsite in New York, NY or remote via Teams (up to hiring manager). Likely 1-2 rounds of interviews

Required Qualifications

Extensive hands-on experience administering and supporting PeopleSoft application security in large enterprise environments. Strong technical knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM, FSCM, EPM, and PeopleTools. Advanced experience configuring and maintaining PeopleSoft user profiles, roles, permission lists, and role-based access controls. Strong understanding of PeopleSoft security architecture, security tables, component/page access, process security, and row-level security. Experience managing user access throughout the employee lifecycle, including provisioning, access modifications, and deprovisioning. Strong expertise with PeopleSoft Query Manager, Query Access Groups, query trees, public/private queries, and query security permissions. Experience implementing security controls to protect PII, payroll information, employee records, and other confidential data. Experience conducting access reviews, security audits, role recertifications, segregation-of-duties assessments, and privileged access reviews. Ability to analyze PeopleSoft security configurations, investigate unauthorized access, and remediate control weaknesses. Experience creating security monitoring reports, reviewing access changes, and supporting audit evidence collection. Experience managing security across production and non-production PeopleSoft environments. Strong technical troubleshooting, analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills. Ability to independently investigate and resolve complex PeopleSoft security issues. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
