Pharma Application Engineer

Job duties and responsibilities
- Engage with enterprise customers, mainly in pharma vertical, to
- Help sell our JuliaHub platform; this entails demos, understanding their pain points, requirements and positioning our product strengths
- Ensure customer success for deployed products through training, support, and building relationships for customer confidence and satisfaction
- Work closely with operations and compliance teams to ensure that regulatory and security requirements are addressed
- Capture key technical requirements from customers for product roadmap directions as appropriate
- Work cross-functionally with product management, customer operations, product engineering, and company leadership to ensure the key technical requirements of enterprise customers are met
- Ensure key enterprise customers are able to overcome technical barriers while implementing JuliaHub in production
- Help design and build compelling demonstrations and workflows
Education, Expertise and Experience Required
- A bachelor's or master's degree or equivalent in science, engineering, or related technical disciplines
- 5+ years professional experience in working in customer success, sales engineering, application engineering or similar technical customer-facing roles
- Expertise to learn and handle all aspects of a cloud-based technical computing environment
- Understanding of how platform products and cloud products work
- Experience in pharmacometrics, clinical pharmacology and/or related fields
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills
Bachelor's or master's degree in science, engineering, or related field; 5+ years in customer success, sales engineering, or application engineering; expertise in cloud-based technical computing; experience in pharmacometrics or clinical pharmacology.
