Pharmaceutical Sales Representative
About the role BlackwellBioLabs is looking for a sales representative based in Hawaii to help us grow our research peptide business and build lasting customer relationships. Our headquarters are in Honolulu, and we offer both full-time and part-time opportunities, with the option to work remotely after training. You’ll spend your time connecting with prospective customers, learning what they need, explaining our products clearly, and following up. We’re looking for someone who listens well, stays organized, and follows through. What you’ll do Find and contact prospective customers through calls, email, and online outreach. Lead product conversations and video meetings, using company materials to answer questions accurately. Follow up on inquiries, prepare quotes, and guide customers through the sales process. Build ongoing relationships with customers and support repeat business. Keep clear records of conversations, opportunities, and next steps in our CRM. Work with our team on product questions, customer feedback, and sales goals. What we’re looking for Sales experience and the ability to build trust with customers. Clear communication over the phone, by email, and on video calls. Good follow-through and the ability to manage your own outreach and accounts. Comfort learning technical product information and knowing when to bring a question back to the team. Familiarity with CRM software and everyday office tools. Experience in scientific, laboratory, pharmaceutical, or related B2B sales is a plus. Location and schedule Applicants must be based in Hawaii and able to attend training in Honolulu. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available. Remote work is an option after training; the schedule and working arrangement will be discussed during the hiring process. Commission The role offers a commission of 10–20% of sales revenue. We’ll explain how the rate applies and how commissions are calculated during the hiring process.
