Photographer / Videographer - Contract to Hire
Phoenix Photographer / Videographer — $800/Month Starting + Growth Opportunities About Pinnacle Pinnacle Marketing Strategy & Business Development LLC is a growing marketing agency working with businesses across the Phoenix metro area. We're looking for a Photographer/Videographer who can travel to our clients' businesses and capture photo and video content for our marketing team. This position is ideal for someone who wants consistent opportunities, enjoys working with different businesses, and wants their compensation to grow as they take on more clients. The Role You will visit different client locations throughout the Phoenix metro area and capture content that will be sent to our Marketing Director. The content may be used for: Social media Short-form videos Websites Digital advertising Promotional materials Business profiles Marketing campaigns You could work with businesses across a variety of industries, so every assignment can be different.
Responsibilities
Travel to client businesses throughout the Phoenix metro area Capture professional photos and video Capture short-form social media content Film products, services, employees, locations, events, and behind-the-scenes footage Follow creative direction from the Marketing Director Organize and submit footage Communicate professionally with clients Maintain reliable scheduling Potentially service multiple Pinnacle clients as the company grows
Compensation
Starting: $800/month The starting compensation for this position is $800 per month. However, this position is structured with growth potential based on the number of clients you service. As Pinnacle brings on additional clients and you take responsibility for servicing those accounts, your compensation will increase accordingly. We're looking for someone who wants to grow with the agency rather than simply complete one-off photography jobs. More clients you service → greater responsibility → higher earning potential. Compensation increases will be discussed as additional clients and responsibilities are added. Equipment Having your own equipment is strongly preferred but not required. Ideal equipment includes: Professional camera Multiple lenses Gimbal Tripod Microphone Lighting equipment However, if you have strong photography/videography skills and primarily use a newer smartphone, we still encourage you to apply.
Requirements
Located in or around Phoenix, Arizona Able to travel throughout the Phoenix metro area Reliable transportation Photography/videography experience preferred Strong eye for composition and lighting Comfortable filming people, businesses, products, and services Professional communication skills Reliable and punctual Able to work independently Able to follow creative direction Willing to grow with a developing marketing agency Who We're Looking For We're especially interested in someone who is: Creative.
