We are looking to add a full time permanent Physician Recruiter to a growing National Organization specializing in Ophthalmology/Retina groups. This is a full time fully remote role that comes with a competitive salary and bonus, great benefits, 401k and PTO package. The ideal candidate has a strong track record of building meaningful relationships with Physicians through cold calling, trade shows and networking utilizing multiple recruitment channels. Preference will be placed on candidates located in the Central/Mountain/West Coast region. Overview: A physician recruitment manager is responsible for developing and executing strategies to attract and retain physicians for healthcare organizations Duties may include: identifying physician staffing needs, sourcing candidates through various channels, coordinating interviews, negotiating contracts, and managing onboarding processes Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as department heads, human resources, and executive leadership to align recruitment efforts with organizational goals Must stay updated on industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and regulatory requirements to ensure effective recruitment practices Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills are essential for success in this role Utilize a CRM (Salesforce) to track candidates and outreach Requirements: Bachelor’s degree preferred Track record of success IN recruiting physicians Experienced networking utilizing various channels Moderate travel to trade shows on the west coast Cold calling as a primary tool of success
