WHAT YOU'LL DO - Run your own personal injury caseload from filing through trial - Draft complaints, discovery, and motions - Take and defend depositions with hands-on support - Appear in court (remote and in person as needed) - Second-chair trials alongside senior trial attorneys WHO THRIVES HERE - Problem-solvers who take ownership instead of waiting to be told - Team players who communicate clearly and keep the file updated so the next person never has to ask - Organized attorneys who manage priorities and deadlines systematically - Tech-savvy people comfortable with Filevine (a plus), e-filing, and remote collaboration - People who want long-term stability and a career path REQUIREMENTS - Admitted to the California State Bar - 0-3 years of litigation or personal injury experience, or newly barred WHAT WE OFFER - $95,000-$140,000/year, based on experience - Medical, dental, vision, retirement, and PTO - Fully remote, with court appearances remote and in person as needed - Structured onboarding, ongoing mentorship, and a clear path to advancement
