With a fully transparent, pass-through model, MedOne helps people conveniently access the most appropriate prescriptions at the most affordable price.What You'll Do:A Quality Coordinator ensures that products or services meet consistent standards of quality. Their responsibilities often include:Inspecting and Testing: Performing inspections and tests at various stages of plan design and pharmacy networks to identify defects or issues.Developing Standards: Creating and implementing quality assurance policies and procedures.Problem Solving: Identifying workflow or production issues and proposing solutions.Documentation: Recording processes and documentation to support PLAD and Business Architecture.Training: Educating team members on quality standards and inspection processes.Test Planning: Develop comprehensive software test plans outlining strategies, objectives, and resources.Test Execution: Design and execute manual and automated tests to identify bugs and ensure software functionality.Defect Reporting: Document and report software defects, collaborating with software provider to resolve issues.Regression Testing: Verify that new code changes do not negatively impact existing functionality.Quality Metrics: Monitor and track quality assurance metrics, such as defect densities and open defect counts.Collaboration: Work closely with software, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure software meets user needs.What You Will Bring to MedOne:An associate's degree in a relevant field1“3 years of experience in a Pharmacy Benefits Management (PBM) environment, with preferred experience in claims processing systems, plan design system implementation, or pharmacy network system managementStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesAttention to detail and a methodical approach to tasksExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsDependable and punctualUnderstanding of industry-specific regulations and standards is highly preferredWhy MedOne?
