Presales Solutions Architect - Observability

For our client, we are seeking a Presales Solutions Architect - Observability to join the team of a leader in the Technical Services space. This role will partner closely with sales, engineering, and client stakeholders to shape technical engagements around observability solutions. You will lead discovery, design compelling demonstrations, and translate technical capabilities into clear business value that supports adoption and revenue growth. The position also includes building reusable technical assets, evaluating emerging technologies, and enabling internal teams through training and guidance. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $180,000 – $250,000 annually

Responsibilities

Design and deliver product demos and technical presentations on observability solutions Lead technical discovery sessions to assess clients' observability maturity Translate complex observability concepts into business-relevant value propositions Develop internal practice collateral, including reference architectures and technical briefs Evaluate new vendor technologies and make recommendations for adoption Conduct training sessions for engineering and sales teams on observability technologies Drive revenue growth by identifying new observability opportunities

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or equivalent experience 6+ years in observability, monitoring, or related roles Experience in presales or solutions architecture Strong background in system security and data privacy Proficiency in scripting languages like Python, Go, Terraform, and Ansible
