About the Role
The Opportunity
You'll lead the business and its department heads at Puffy.com, a $1Billion+ e-commerce sleep brand founded in 2017, combining customer focus, commercial ambition and AI-assisted work to deliver better results quickly. Reporting directly to the CEO, you'll own day-to-day business performance across contribution, customer outcomes, execution and leadership quality, resolving cross-functional trade-offs within agreed strategy and delegated authority. This remote executive role centers on trusted business judgment delivered through people, enabling the CEO to focus on strategic direction, especially marketing, with direct CEO sponsorship, functional leaders and specialist support; it is not primarily an automation-engineering role.
The Problem You'll Own
Autonomy without fragmented decisions
Across a growing consumer business, a strong departmental result can create costs or constraints elsewhere. Speed depends on recommendations that resolve those consequences rather than simply moving the question upward. The challenge is making day-to-day decisions the business can act on confidently.
Resources Provided
You’ll have access to our latest company-provided AI tools, including ChatGPT, Claude, multiple AI agents, bots, plugins, AI projects, and automations through platforms such as n8n. You’ll also receive the department tools, relevant data, assets and specialist support needed to deliver your work. We expect you to use these resources to automate routine work and deliver high-quality results quickly.
Decision-making Authority
Reporting to you: the Heads of Marketing, Retail, Digital Experience, Operations, Customer Support and Finance. They retain day-to-day execution discretion within agreed departmental plans, budgets and controls; you set their operating priorities, hold them accountable and resolve cross-functional trade-offs within delegated authority.
Reserved for the CEO: corporate strategy, major changes to departmental strategy and commitments outside your written delegation. Existing financial, legal, employment and release approvals continue to apply; specialist approval is not replaced by AI advice.
You own the business decision, departmental leadership and follow-through. AI Ops owns technical buildout in its remit; you specify business requirements and accept the resulting decision support. AI advice does not create authority.
Who You’ll Work With
Who You'll Work With
Meet the team you'd be working with, and what you'd work on together:
Arthur Andreasyan
CEO & Founder
You'd report to him directly
You'd be accountable to him for commercial and customer results, leadership performance and reliable execution. He provides executive sponsorship and strategic alignment; you bring major strategic shifts with a supported recommendation while protecting his focus on long-term direction.
Himanshu Dhumal
Director of Marketing
Your marketing leadership partner
You’d work with Himanshu to connect marketing priorities, promotional plans and campaign timing with company contribution and customer outcomes. You’d resolve cross-functional trade-offs and agree clear commitments so marketing decisions translate into coordinated execution across the business.
Yash Mehta
VP, Digital Experience & Conversion
Your digital experience leadership partner
You’d work with Yash to connect the on-site customer journey and conversion priorities with wider commercial goals. Together, you’d agree measures of success, resolve dependencies with other departments and follow changes through to observed business and customer results.
Mars Bai
Chief AI Operations Officer
Your AI delivery partner
You’d define the business requirements and acceptance standards for decision support, working with Mars on technical feasibility, dependencies and delivery. AI Ops would own technical buildout within its remit; you’d retain ownership of business judgment, acceptance and follow-through.
What You'll Own
What You'll Own
Core Responsibilities
Lead department heads: Set expectations, coach managers and address underperformance across Marketing, Retail, Digital Experience, Operations, Customer Support and Finance; own their combined commercial and customer results.
Decide across functions: Use AI to produce and pressure-test alternatives; assess commercial economics, dependencies and second- and third-order effects before choosing within agreed strategy and authority.
Deliver through leaders: Turn decisions into clear manager accountabilities, commitments and acceptance checks; follow execution through completion and correct outcomes that fall short.
Strengthen autonomy: Improve leaders’ recommendations and execution discretion, own business acceptance of decision frameworks and thresholds, and partner with AI Ops on technical implementation.
Use specialists and escalate precisely: Bring legal, financial and domain experts into relevant judgments; take corporate-strategy questions, major departmental strategic shifts and commitments outside delegation to the CEO with a supported recommendation.
Outcomes
Commercial and customer results: Improve company contribution and customer outcomes together; a stronger departmental result must not conceal costs or constraints elsewhere in the business.
Reliable execution: Deliver commitments through accountable department heads, with cross-functional handoffs completed and results checked against agreed acceptance standards.
Stronger leadership: Improve departmental leadership, the quality of managers' recommendations and their ability to execute within agreed plans, budgets and controls.
Effective autonomy: Reduce routine CEO interventions alongside better business results, not instead of them; retain the CEO's decisions on corporate strategy, major strategic shifts and commitments outside delegation.
Measurable progress: Baseline contribution, customer outcomes, delivery reliability and departmental leadership alongside decision turnaround, CEO interventions, reopenings and total human effort. Agree numerical targets with the CEO after baselining; distinguish observed results from forecasts.
Quality Standards
Source accuracy: Check the sources behind AI-assisted decision briefs and clearly distinguish facts, estimates and assumptions.
Sound alternatives: Compare feasible business options against commercial economics, customer consequences and material downside; make uncertainty explicit.
Organizational judgment: Assess dependencies and second- and third-order effects across departments before accepting a recommendation.
Specialist and authority checks: Use relevant legal, financial and domain advice, preserve required approvals and keep decisions within written delegation; AI advice does not create authority.
Usable handoffs: Make manager accountabilities, commitments and acceptance checks clear enough to execute; validate implementation and correct results that fall short.
Delivery Pace
Business deadlines: Make timely cross-functional decisions against the real business deadline while retaining the required evidence, checks and approvals.
Early contribution: Contribute to live decisions early, working through department heads on a first bounded decision during the first month.
Actionable commitments: Turn accepted decisions into clear leader commitments and handoffs so departments can move execution forward.
Timely correction: Follow implementation through completion and address handoff failures or outcomes that fall short, retaining ownership of the correction.
Final acceptance: Stay accountable through validation and final acceptance; assess decision turnaround alongside reopenings, total human effort and business results.
What You Bring
What You Bring

Personally used LLMs to produce and challenge substantive business work, with independent checks and accountability for the final decision.

Member of Leaders Club Since
2025
Leaders Club opened a door I did not expect. I spend six days a week doing HIIT and strength training at whichever venue I feel like that day, across the UAE and internationally. Then I get to unwind with recovery sessions and pool days at luxury resorts. Staying active became easier, more enjoyable and part of my everyday life.
2024
For me, receiving that recognition also changed how I think about giving recognition. It reminded me that people should know when the way they are contributing is making a difference.
2026
I’ve used the membership for weekend stays at a resort in Ras Al Khaimah. What I value is that a proper break doesn't need annual leave or a flight — you check in on a Friday and come back genuinely reset.
On your own, a standard is something you hold. Leading, it’s something you hand over, and you find out it held even when you’re not in the room. Leaders Club is recognition of that impact for me.
Leaders Club feels special because it’s not something you apply for or ask to be part of — it’s something you earn. Being recognized directly by our CEO meant a lot to me. And beyond the recognition, it’s genuinely upgraded my life outside work too, from great fitness classes and trainers to some of the best beach clubs and wellness experiences in the UAE. One of my favorite memories so far was spending the day at the infinity pool with Burj views.
Raj KV
Accounting Manager
I’ve used the wellness membership as a way to stay active and make more time for my wellbeing. I appreciate the flexibility and easy access to options that fit into my routine and help me maintain a good balance between work, health, and personal time.
For me, Leaders Club is both recognition and accountability. It made me more conscious of the standard I set for myself and everyone around me.
One part I value about Leaders Club is having a group of people across the business whose perspective I trust. It gives me people outside my immediate team to speak to when I want a different view on something.
Arman Gevorgyan
Manager
For me, the membership is most useful for the access it gives me to experiences around the city. It means I’m more likely to explore places I probably wouldn’t make time for as often otherwise.
Rosalle Macaspac
Organizational Effectiveness Manager
Six years at Puffy/RGG, and one of the first Leaders Club members when it started in 2024. The company has grown a lot since then, and the recognition has held its meaning throughout. That's what makes it feel earned rather than something that happened once.

A Promise from Our CEO
Arthur Andreasyan, Puffy CEO, Founder & Forbes Council Member
Hi there,
If you're reading this, you're probably asking whether Puffy is the right place for your next chapter. I founded Puffy in 2017 after a simple question: "What would it feel like to sleep on a cloud?" That question became a business, and I wanted to build a company where ambitious people could grow with us.
That same mindset is why we became AI-first in December 2023, well before it became a standard way of working. We move quickly, stay relentless and hungry, question the usual way of doing things, and give people real ownership. We believe a focused team can outperform much larger companies. What matters here is the quality of your work, the decisions you make, the problems you solve before anyone asks, and the impact you create.
If you join us, I'll expect a lot from you, and I'll make sure you have the trust, context, and support to do meaningful work. If that kind of challenge excites you, I'd be glad to have you build Puffy with us.
Looking forward to working with you,
ArthurA
