Principal Relationship Manager - Global Acceptance (Remote-Eligible)
For our client, we are seeking a Principal Relationship Manager - Global Acceptance (Remote-Eligible) to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This role is focused on building and deepening executive-level client relationships while shaping strategies that expand payment acceptance and uncover new business opportunities. You will partner across internal teams to implement network products, launch value-added services, and execute initiatives that improve customer outcomes. The position also calls for strong analytical judgment, operational discipline, and the ability to manage risk and resolve customer-impacting issues in a highly regulated financial services environment. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $138,100 – $157,700 annually
Responsibilities
Establish and deepen executive relationships with clients Drive high-level strategy to maximize acceptance and identify new business opportunities Ensure implementation of network products and value-added services Implement operational initiatives and ensure compliance with business practices Execute joint marketing initiatives to boost awareness and transactions Perform data analysis on enabler performance and industry trends Manage risk and customer-impacting issues, providing guidance to team members
Qualifications
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification 5+ years in sales, relationship management, business development, strategy, operations, or project management in financial services Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Finance preferred 6+ years of relevant experience preferred 3+ years of data analysis and client-facing presentation experience preferred Payments industry experience preferred
