Principal Systems Engineer

Seeking a talented Principal Systems Engineer, this full-time position offers flexible or remote work and focuses on designing and implementing AI-native solutions, including models and AI agents, to enhance security initiatives. Key responsibilities Design and build production-ready AI models, agents, and assistants that address real-world problems Rapidly develop MVPs and collaborate with engineering teams to ensure reliability and performance Establish rigorous evaluation processes to define and measure solution quality and effectiveness Required qualifications Expertise in multi-agent AI solutions with a proven track record of delivering functional AI applications Hands-on experience with modern agent frameworks and developer tools, including leading SDKs Strong skills in creating evaluation metrics and ensuring the quality and reliability of AI systems Proficiency in Python and experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization tools Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience Experience: 5 years required
