Agency MJ connects clients with photographers, directors, stylists, producers, retouchers, CGI specialists, and post‑production partners to deliver high-quality visual content. Role Description The Producer role is a remote, contract position focused on managing end-to-end production for commercial and advertising content. Day-to-day responsibilities include scoping project requirements, building production timelines, coordinating with artists and creative teams, and overseeing budgets and resources. The Producer will organize shoots and post‑production workflows, ensure deliverables meet client expectations, and resolve logistical or scheduling issues as they arise. This role also involves maintaining clear communication with clients and internal stakeholders, aligning production plans with creative direction, and tracking project progress to meet deadlines. The Producer is expected to proactively identify risks, manage approvals, and uphold consistent quality standards across all assigned projects.

Qualifications

Experience in creative production management, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating shoots or campaigns. Ability to collaborate with photographers, directors, stylists, retouchers, CGI artists, and post‑production partners. Strong project management skills, including budgeting, resource allocation, and timeline oversight. Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills with clients and cross‑functional teams. Proficiency with production tools and collaboration platforms; familiarity with remote workflows. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a structured approach to handling approvals and revisions. Prior experience in commercial, advertising, or content studio environments is strongly preferred. Comfort working as an independent contractor, with the ability to work across time zones when needed.
