About the Opportunity: The PRODUCT ENGINEER role is designed to lead the development of new features from concept through production using a modern technology stack. This position plays a critical role in ensuring delivered software meets user needs and quality standards by directing AI-assisted coding agents and managing the post-launch performance and improvements. The engineer collaborates closely with leadership and engineering peers to scale infrastructure and tools, contributing strategically and tactically to the organization's growth. Responsibilities: Define and write specifications for new features. Direct AI coding agents to develop features and review their output. Monitor and maintain software performance post-launch. Collaborate with founders and engineers on tactical and strategic engineering tasks. Scale infrastructure, tooling, and integrations for future growth. Participate in on-call rotation during business hours. Requirements: Approximately one year of experience in an engineering team setting. Daily use and critical evaluation of AI coding tools. Demonstrated ability to deliver functional software and explain design decisions. Proven ability to learn quickly and maintain a constructive attitude. Evidence of building a live product accessible for review. Strong written English skills and comfort with asynchronous communication. Authorization to work in the US without visa sponsorship. Pay Range and Compensation Package: Salary range: $75,000 to $90,000 plus equity.
