Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive requirements gathering sessions to define clear product visions, user stories, and acceptance criteria aligned with business goals.
- Manage the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC), ensuring adherence to project management methodologies such as Agile, SAFe, Waterfall, and utilizing tools like Jira, VersionOne, TFS, and project management software.
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams to develop technical solutions using APIs, UML diagrams, HTML wireframes via Balsamiq, and system architecture planning.
- Drive product strategy by analyzing market trends, customer feedback, and data analytics tools like Looker and SQL databases to inform data-driven decision making.
- Coordinate stakeholder communication across business units and technical teams to ensure alignment on project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Oversee user acceptance testing (UAT), develop test cases, and validate system functionalities for mobile applications and enterprise software solutions.
- Lead cross-functional teams in agile planning sessions using Scrum practices while managing project timelines and deliverables efficiently.
Experience
- Over 15 years of experience in product management or business analysis within technology-driven environments.
- Proven expertise in agile software development frameworks such as Scrum and SAFe; familiarity with Waterfall methodologies is a plus.
- Extensive experience working with cloud platforms like AWS and managing IT infrastructure components.
- Strong technical background including Java development, HTML coding, SQL database management, APIs integration, UML modeling, and version control systems like Git.
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical product cross-functional teams through complex product development projects involving SaaS solutions, IoT devices, or internet-based applications.
- Skilled in requirements design, wireframing (using Balsamiq), stakeholder management, and strategic planning for product roadmaps.
- Excellent communication skills with a track record of collaborating effectively with engineering teams, stakeholders, and executive leadership to deliver high-impact products.
