Remote Position

Product Manager - 100% Remote

🌍 Remote · United States 💼 Full-time

About the Company

Hussh operates a technology business and an asset management business under one mission: to make information, particularly private personal information, a financial asset controlled by the individual it belongs to. Its technology business is developing private personal AI products for consumers, including iMoney, a money and investing app, and Private Agent One, a private personal agent. iMoney is designed around a user-controlled investing model in which the agent proposes actions and the user approves them before anything moves. The asset management business invests permanent capital in companies with strong absolute free cash flow growth. Hussh is privately owned, founder-funded, profitable, and operates without outside investors. The company emphasizes product excellence, usability, simplicity, and a high standard of design.

About the Role

Hussh is seeking a founding Product Manager to lead consumer product definition across iMoney and Private Agent One. Based in New York, NY, this is a full-time remote position with a focus on translating customer needs into clear product requirements, defining roadmaps, and ensuring every product decision supports a simple, high-quality user experience. You will work closely with the CEO and founding engineering team to define customer jobs, product screens, user journeys, approval flows, and edge cases. You will also establish product review practices and build a culture of clear product thinking that can continue as the company grows. The role requires strong judgment, the confidence to challenge decisions on their merits, and the ability to prioritize what matters most to customers.

Key Responsibilities

Own iMoney's product definition ahead of its planned December 27, 2026 launch, including customer needs, screens, family-investing experiences, agent-approval flows, and edge cases. Define the family-investing experience for parents and adults helping family members and friends learn to invest, including the integration of registered advisors and CFPs from the company's network within the app. Develop clear product requirements that establish customer needs, expected behavior, scope, and success criteria. Define the initial product thesis for Private Agent One, clearly explaining the target user, the problem it solves, and the value it delivers. Establish and run a consistent product review process that drives meaningful decisions and changes when needed. Maintain a strong focus on simplicity by prioritizing essential features and ensuring each product element delivers clear value. Connect roadmap priorities to specific customer jobs rather than building features without a defined purpose. Use retention and referrals to evaluate product performance and guide ongoing improvements. Work with the CEO and founding engineers to resolve scope disagreements, clarify requirements, and support faster product delivery. Build a shared understanding of product direction through clear documentation that the entire company can understand and communicate. Use feedback and evidence from real users to refine Private Agent One's product direction and roadmap. Success in the First Six Months iMoney is prepared for its planned December 27 launch with clear product definitions and an experience designed to encourage user retention and referrals. Private Agent One has a documented product thesis, an active learning process involving real users, and evidence that informs roadmap decisions. Founding engineers can deliver more efficiently because product requirements and scope are clear. Product principles and decisions are documented in a way that creates a consistent understanding across the company.

Ability to explain a product's purpose and customer value in concise, accessible language. Strong product judgment and the confidence to challenge founders and other stakeholders using sound reasoning and evidence. Ability to maintain simplicity and focus under pressure, prioritizing the most important features over unnecessary additions. A demonstrated commitment to both product craftsmanship and customer adoption.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in fintech, brokerage, investing products, financial advisor tools, or family finance. Experience with AI or agent-based products, including approval workflows, trust-focused interfaces, and human-in-the-loop design. Experience balancing consumer product usability with enterprise requirements. Location and Work Arrangement Location: New York, NY. Work arrangement: Remote. Employment type: Full-time. Salary and Compensation Base salary: $160,000–$210,000. Target bonus: 10–20%. Founding equity grant with a four-year vesting schedule. Founding titles are permanent and reflect the role rather than a hierarchical level. Application Requirements Apply through LinkedIn with a resume and a short note answering the following question: Name a product you defined that people loved. Describe the job it performed for users in one sentence and provide the adoption numbers that demonstrated its success. Before applying, candidates must visit hushh.ai, create a Private Agent One account, and use the app until they understand its functionality, purpose, and value proposition. Applicants should explain what they learned about the product in their application. Applications from candidates who have not used the app will not be reviewed.
