About the Opportunity: The PRODUCT MANAGER II will lead the development and delivery of product solutions that enhance caregiving support for members and improve internal care team efficiency. This role is responsible for setting the product vision, prioritizing initiatives, and overseeing the product lifecycle to ensure alignment with business goals. The position plays a critical role in integrating emerging technologies such as AI to innovate and elevate the user experience. Responsibilities: Own and champion the product vision, strategy, and roadmap. Align stakeholders and leadership on product priorities. Lead user research, experiments, and data analysis to validate hypotheses. Collaborate with engineers, designers, and data teams to develop features. Identify opportunities to incorporate AI and emerging technologies. Define success metrics and track product performance. Manage the product lifecycle from launch through sunset. Requirements: 4-6 years experience with customer-facing tech platforms. Ability to analyze data to inform product strategy. Strong technical aptitude and curiosity for new tools. Experience with agile product development and project management. Strong writing and analytical skills. Ability to manage internal and external relationships. Demonstrated experience launching successful products. Emotional intelligence and adaptability. Interest in industry trends and continuous learning. Caregiving or healthcare experience and a technical degree are advantages. Pay Range and Compensation Package: Starting salary range is $135,000 to $145,000 annually.
