Professional Video Editor & Colorist (Remote)

We're looking for a skilled and creative Video Editor & Colorist to collaborate with us on client projects. We're seeking someone who understands professional post-production workflows and can consistently deliver polished, cinematic, high-quality videos.
Responsibilities
Edit professional videos for businesses, brands, corporate clients, and events. Perform professional color correction and cinematic color grading. Work with Sony S-Log3 footage and convert it accurately to Rec.709 for final delivery. Edit 4K 60fps, 10-bit 4:2:2 footage efficiently. Handle audio cleanup, sound design, music synchronization, and basic audio mixing. Create engaging edits with smooth transitions, professional pacing, and strong storytelling. Maintain consistent color, exposure, and visual quality across multiple clips and camera angles. Export and optimize content for websites, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms. Meet project deadlines and communicate professionally. Required QualificationsProven experience in professional video editing and color grading. Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and/or DaVinci Resolve. Advanced understanding of color correction, white balance, exposure, skin tones, and cinematic color grading. Experience working with Sony S-Log3 / S-Gamut3.Cine footage. Understanding of professional video codecs, formats, and export settings. Strong attention to detail, creativity, and storytelling ability. Ability to work independently and incorporate client feedback. Computer & Technical RequirementsApplicants MUST own or have reliable access to a computer capable of professionally editing: 4K UHD footage (3840 × 2160). 60fps / 60p recordings. Sony S-Log3 / S-Gamut3.Cine footage. 10-bit 4:2:2 video files. High-bitrate Sony XAVC footage. Multiple layers of color grading, effects, and audio processing. Your computer must be capable of handling these professional formats through an efficient native or proxy-based editing workflow without significant performance limitations. Preferred Experience Corporate and commercial video production. Event highlight videos and promotional content. Professional skin-tone correction and color matching. Motion graphics and text animations. Experience producing both short-form and long-form video content. CompensationPaid freelance work on a per-project basis, with opportunities for ongoing collaboration as Nahas Media grows. Rates will depend on experience, portfolio quality, and project complexity.
