This is a fully remote, flexible contract role built for working voice professionals. No AI background required - just a trained voice, a quiet space, and a passion for the craft. What You'll Do
Record clear, expressive Italian-language audio using a large diaphragm microphone, following provided scripts and creative prompts Evaluate AI-generated speech for natural flow, pronunciation accuracy, and emotional authenticity Provide detailed, actionable feedback to improve the quality of synthesized Italian voice outputs Review and suggest refinements to scripts to enhance clarity and ensure natural-sounding delivery Work independently and asynchronously - fully on your own schedule Who You Are Experienced in voice acting, narration, audiobooks, dubbing, or related performance-based audio work Native or near-native Italian speaker with a strong command of natural, contemporary Italian Equipped with a large diaphragm microphone and access to a quiet, controlled recording environment Able to deliver engaging, expressive, and well-articulated vocal performances consistently Attentive to nuance - you notice when tone, rhythm, or pronunciation feels off
Nice to Have
Experience with audio production, voice-over direction, or studio recording workflows Familiarity with regional Italian dialects or accents Background in linguistics, broadcasting, or performing arts Prior exposure to AI audio evaluation or speech synthesis projects
