Litigation Attorney (Real Estate/Commercial/Business)

Job description: Dracup & Patterson, Inc. is seeking a contract litigation attorney to independently manage business, commercial, and/or real estate litigation matters in a fully remote, self-directed environment.

Responsibilities

Independently manage litigation matters through the pre-trial phase Draft motions, pleadings, correspondence, discovery, and legal analysis Analyze opposing counsel filings, contracts, discovery, and case materials Develop litigation strategy and communicate directly with clients as needed Manage deadlines, priorities, and case progression in a remote environment with minimal supervision

Requirements

Active California Bar license in good standing 8+ years of real estate litigation experience required Demonstrated experience handling litigation matters independently Strong legal writing and analytical skills Comfortable operating in a self-directed remote environment Willingness to travel for on-site work when there are court appearances Competitive compensation - $150-$250/hour+ DOE We use Tempello timekeeping, which saves up to 12 hours per month by not having to manually enter time from emails.
