Hi, Our client is looking for Program Manager – Consumer Consulting for Remote role below is the detailed requirement, Position: Program Manager – Consumer Consulting Location: Remote We are looking for a Program Manager to lead complex, multi-workstream transformation programs across Consumer clients. This role requires individuals who can own large-scale delivery, manage senior stakeholders, integrate multiple workstreams, and contribute to business development. You will act as a program director under Partner leadership, driving both execution and client impact. Job Description: Bachelor's degree or Master’s Degree in Computer science, or a related field. Required Experience: 6+ years of experience Background in: Strategy firm or Big Four consulting firms. Experience managing large transformation programs or PMOs Strong problem-solving and structuring ability Excellent executive communication and storytelling Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex programs Ability to balance delivery and BD (sell + deliver) Strong ownership mindset and ability to operate in ambiguity Preferred Consumer Experience (Depth in at least in two of below) Retail / CPG / Omnichannel ecosystems Sales & marketing transformation Customer / loyalty / growth strategy Store operations and field transformation Supply chain transformation AI-enabled transformation Net Revenue Management/ Revenue Growth Management Sales, Marketing, Pricing Deductions Management
