Role Description The Psychology Specialist role is a part-time, remote position focused on providing psychological support and educational guidance to clients. Day-to-day tasks may include conducting psychological assessments, interpreting test results, and preparing clear, accurate documentation and reports. The specialist will communicate with clients, families, and other professionals to discuss findings, recommend interventions, and support mental health and educational planning. Responsibilities may also involve developing and implementing strategies that enhance emotional well-being, learning, and personal growth, while adhering to professional and ethical standards.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong knowledge in Psychology and Mental Health to support client assessment and intervention. Candidates should possess skills in Psychological Testing, including administration, scoring, and interpretation of standardized measures. Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for working with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams. Candidates should possess experience or training in Education to support learning strategies and academic planning. Relevant qualifications may include a bachelor’s or master’s degree in psychology, counseling, education, or a related field. Beneficial experience includes work in clinical, school, or community settings, with familiarity in evidence-based practices. Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage confidential information, and use digital tools for documentation and communication is preferred.
