About the Role
PharmaLink Academy is looking for an experienced Pharmacovigilance expert to deliver live teaching sessions on our advanced Tier 2 PV programme, with a strong focus on aggregate safety reporting, signal detection/management, and risk management. This is a teaching role. You'll bring deep, hands-on expertise in these areas and translate it into clear, practical instruction for students, using our existing curriculum and simulated safety database (Vigilant IQ).
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver Tier 2 live sessions (2–3/week) covering signal detection and management, aggregate reporting (DSUR, PBRER/PSUR), and risk management planning, alongside CAPA and inspection readiness
- Mark assignments and give feedback within your sessions
- Teach using the existing Vigilant IQ database and curriculum as provided
- Flag any curriculum or database issues you notice to the internal team
Essential Experience
- At least 10 years of professional PV experience in pharma, biotech, or CRO environment
- sDemonstrated, hands-on expertise in signal detection, validation, and signal managemen
- tDirect authorship/ownership experience with DSUR, PBRER/PSUR, and risk management plan
- sStrong understanding of the end-to-end PV lifecycl
- eExperience with CAPA, PV quality, audits and/or inspection
- sHands-on experience with safety databases (Argus, ARISg, Veeva Vault Safety, or equivalent
- )Strong EU/UK PV regulatory knowledg
- eComfortable teaching, mentoring, or training PV professional
