Role Description The Quality Specialist is a full-time, remote role responsible for ensuring the consistency and reliability of Prospermo’s consultancy deliverables and internal processes. The individual in this role will design, implement, and maintain quality assurance procedures for cost reports, quantity surveying outputs, and management accounting documentation. Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing project files for accuracy, conducting quality audits on completed work, monitoring compliance with internal standards, and recommending corrective and preventive actions. The Quality Specialist will collaborate closely with project teams to clarify requirements, provide feedback on deliverables, and support continuous improvement initiatives. This role also involves preparing quality-related documentation, tracking key quality metrics, and contributing to training materials and guidelines that strengthen overall service quality.

Qualifications

Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and evaluate the accuracy and completeness of project deliverables. Proficiency in quality control practices, including systematic checks of reports, calculations, and documentation. Experience with quality auditing, such as conducting formal reviews, documenting findings, and following up on corrective actions. Background in quality assurance, including designing or maintaining standards, workflows, and checklists to ensure consistent outputs. Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, provide clear feedback, and document quality requirements. Relevant experience in construction, quantity surveying, cost control, or management accounting is highly beneficial. Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines with attention to detail. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Business, Accounting, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience. Familiarity with project management tools and basic office software (e.g., spreadsheets, word processing) to support quality-related workflows.
