Primary Skills Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Healthcare Data / Claims Data Strong SQL Data Engineering / ETL Azure Databricks Python / PySpark Data Analysis, Validation & Reconciliation Key Requirements 5+ years of overall Data/IT experience Strong hands-on exposure to RCM data, preferably claims, billing, payments, denials, appeals, or collections Strong SQL and data-handling skills Experience building and supporting ETL/data pipelines Azure/Databricks experience preferred Strong communication skills for an onsite/customer-facing role Healthcare/Provider domain experience preferred

Key Responsibilities

Develop and support data solutions for RCM/healthcare datasets Build and optimize ETL/data pipelines Perform data analysis, reconciliation, and quality validation Work with business/customer teams to translate RCM requirements into data solutions Use approved AI tools such as GitHub Copilot/M365 Copilot to improve engineering productivity Apply today or share profiles at [email protected]
