Real Estate Transaction Coordinator
Prestonwood Properties is a nationwide vacant land wholesaler. Since 2018 we have closed more than 100 land deals. Our platform finds motivated sellers, values the land and gets the purchase agreement signed. Our Transaction Coordinators take it from there. We are a small remote team building our own AI systems for valuation, negotiation and contracting. US based only. You must live in the United States and be authorized to work here. We cannot consider applicants outside the US, and applications from outside the US will not receive an interview. In person notarization and US business hours coverage make this a firm requirement. What you own. You take each signed contract to a funded closing. You hire and manage 1 listing agent per state, stay on top of the listing, offers, buyer diligence and title through every deadline, and step in on the occasional escalated seller call. Assignments and double closings only. Remote, anywhere in the US, with US Central business hours coverage. Who fits. Current or former licensed real estate agents who have personally sold real estate are strongly preferred. You cannot hold a full time W-2 job alongside this seat; part time work and side businesses are fine. Detail oriented, diligent and proactive people do very well here. Vacant land, wholesale, investor and title experience are pluses. Pay. 10% of the net wholesale revenue we actually receive on your closings, paid within 24 hours of our receiving it, as an independent contractor (1099). No base salary, draw or guaranteed income.
