About This Role As a Recruiter, you’ll play a key role in helping Oath scale by sourcing and connecting with incredible talent—including attorneys, client service coordinators, and other key team members. You do not need legal recruiting experience to succeed in this role, but 2+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience is highly beneficial. You’ll be part of a supportive, fast-paced recruiting team that values ownership, initiative, and heart. You’ll find and attract people who align with our mission—and you'll be part of the team that’s truly building something meaningful. What You’ll Do Collaborate closely with the Oath recruiting team to identify hiring needs and priorities Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and creative strategies Screen and qualify potential candidates for both legal and non-legal roles Coordinate and schedule interviews Provide an exceptional candidate experience at every stage of the hiring process Maintain accurate and organized records within our applicant tracking system Contribute ideas and improvements to help grow and streamline the recruiting process You’re a Great Fit If You Have 2+ years of recruiting, talent sourcing, or HR experience (agency or in-house) Thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment and take ownership of your work Are a proactive communicator with strong written and verbal skills Are mission-driven and excited to help build a team that changes lives Are resourceful, results-oriented, and love solving problems with people Bonus: Experience recruiting for legal, client service, or healthcare roles is a plus—but not required!
