Key Responsibilities
Connect with businesses seeking qualified talent for their hiring needs. Build and maintain relationships with healthcare industry leaders and other professional contacts. Recruit management and executive-level professionals. Use your healthcare industry knowledge and existing relationships to identify business opportunities. Develop and grow your recruiting business with support from Goodwin Recruiting. Participate in learning and development activities to build your recruiting knowledge and business capabilities. Collaborate with mentors and other professionals while using the firm's technology, tools, and back-office resources.
Required Qualifications
Healthcare industry knowledge or professional experience relevant to healthcare operations. Established industry relationships and the ability to build connections with business leaders. Drive and interest in developing and growing a recruiting business. Preferred Qualifications / Requirements Experience in healthcare operations or a related healthcare field. Familiarity with healthcare management and executive-level roles. Previous recruiting experience is not required.
