Role Description The Regional Vice President of Operations is a part-time, remote role responsible for overseeing operational performance across an assigned region and aligning it with Credo Ventures’ strategic objectives. This role includes leading regional operations planning, monitoring key performance indicators, and ensuring effective execution of initiatives across portfolio companies. The Regional Vice President of Operations will collaborate with leadership teams to optimize processes, manage budgets, support P&L outcomes, and improve customer service standards. Day-to-day work involves reviewing operational reports, guiding project implementation, mitigating risks, and providing coaching and feedback to operational leaders. The role also involves contributing to strategic planning discussions, identifying operational efficiencies, and ensuring consistent adherence to best practices and compliance requirements.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Operations Management skills, including process optimization and performance tracking. Candidates should possess solid P&L Management experience, including budgeting, financial analysis, and cost control. Candidates should possess proven Customer Service skills, with a focus on service quality, stakeholder satisfaction, and retention. Candidates should possess Strategic Planning capabilities, including setting priorities, defining objectives, and aligning operations with business goals. Candidates should possess Project Management skills, including planning, execution, risk management, and cross-functional coordination. Extensive leadership experience in multi-site or regional operations, ideally within investment, consulting, or growth-oriented environments. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with comfort working with data and performance metrics. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and guide senior stakeholders remotely. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations Management, or a related field; advanced degree or MBA is a plus. Ability to work independently in a remote, part-time capacity while managing multiple priorities within the region.
