Compliance Forward, LLC is a Regulatory consulting firm focused on FDA advertising and promotion (Ad Promo) for prescription drugs and biologics. The firm helps pharmaceutical and biotech companies navigate complex Ad Promo requirements with agility, collaboration, and creativity. Core services include promotional review consulting for launches and coverage needs, commercial regulatory strategy across the product lifecycle. At times we also provide team coaching and cross-functional training using real-world examples, SOP & internal process review/drafting. Role Description The Regulatory Ad Promo Reviewer Consultant (1099) is part-time fully remote role. This contractor will review prescription drug and biologic advertising and promotional materials for compliance with FDA regulations, guidance documents, and industry standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include evaluating claims and references, assessing risk and benefit presentations, and ensuring consistency with approved labeling. The role involves collaborating with Commercial, Medical and Legal stakeholders, providing clear and timely feedback, and supporting promotional review meetings. The reviewer will also help refine internal review processes, contribute to commercial regulatory strategy, and stay current on evolving FDA Ad Promo requirements and best practices.

Qualifications

Strong foundation in FDA Regulations and Guidances relevant to advertising and promotion for prescription drugs and biologics Experience in Regulatory Affairs, particularly in commercial and promotional review settings within pharmaceutical or biotech organizations. Demonstrated Analytical Skills, including the ability to interpret regulations, guidance, and product labeling to assess promotional claims. Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to provide concise, balanced, and actionable feedback to cross-functional teams. Prior experience participating in or leading Ad Promo review committees or similar cross-functional review teams. Ability to work independently as a 1099 contractor, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Bachelor’s degree in a scientific, healthcare, regulatory, or related field; advanced degree (e.g., PharmD, JD, MS in Regulatory Affairs) is a plus. Comfort with digital platforms, document management systems, and virtual collaboration tools; experience with AI/LLM-related compliance considerations is beneficial.
