To support a fast-growing, science-driven organization, the full-time remote Associate Manager, Regulatory Affairs Advertising and Promotion will manage US regulatory activities related to advertising and promotion, ensuring compliance while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Key responsibilities
- Manage commercial activities from a regulatory perspective, providing guidance on product messages and materials
- Assist in reviewing promotional materials and ensuring compliance with FDA regulations, including submissions to the FDA
- Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders in Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Legal to support corporate goals
Required qualifications
- 1 to 2 years of experience in regulatory affairs, preferably in advertising and promotion, or completion of a relevant Post-Doctoral Fellowship
- Advanced scientific degree (Masters, PharmD, Ph.D.) preferred; minimum requirement is a Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences
- Understanding of regulations related to pharmaceutical product development and marketing, focusing on advertising and promotion
- Experience with pharmaceutical products; biologics experience is a plus
- Ability to interact effectively with senior management and cross-functional teams
