[Remote] Business Process Analyst

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. IQVIA is a global provider of clinical research services, commercial insights, and healthcare intelligence for the life sciences and healthcare industries. The Business Process Analyst evaluates and validates data, calculates rebates, analyzes contracts and chargeback claims, and manages multiple accounts and processes while ensuring quality, efficiency, and effective client communication.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data to identify trends and understand the financial terms of contracts
• Review and analyze contracts and related documentation, perform data quality assurance checks, and communicate effectively with customers both verbally and in writing
• Research and resolve chargeback claims and ensure accurate, appropriate responses to disputes
• Validate data from internal and third-party systems to ensure the appropriate course of action is being pursued
• Track work through completion, managing priorities, and meeting established deadlines
• Provide ongoing support to team members and contribute to team objectives
• Assist with training-related projects and initiatives

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, statistics, math, or a related field or equivalent work experience
• 1+ years of experience applying analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support informed decision-making
• Strong computer skills, including Word, Excel, SQL, PowerPoint, spreadsheets, and database entry
• Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Productive team contributor who can complete tasks beyond general support responsibilities
• Independently identifies, prioritizes, and resolves issues, escalating complex matters appropriately
• Able to manage tasks and assignments independently without detailed direction
• Complies with contract requirements, business unit rules, and applicable legal regulations
• Chargeback Adjudication, Membership and Eligibility determinations, Prescription Rebate Processing, Pharmacy Benefit Management, Managed Health Care and Medicaid Drug Rebate Program
