[Remote] 1099 Clinical Trainer

Powered By MRP is hiring a 1099 Clinical Trainer to educate medical aesthetic professionals on the safe and effective use of aesthetic lasers and devices. The role delivers training, develops clinical education materials, supports customers, and collaborates on keeping training content current and improving training programs.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day responsibilities include delivering virtual and in-person training sessions, developing clinical education materials, and supporting customers with product-related questions and best practices
• The Clinical Trainer will collaborate with internal teams to align training content with current clinical standards, gather feedback from customers, and refine educational resources based on new research and industry developments
• This role also involves maintaining accurate documentation of training activities, ensuring compliance with relevant clinical guidelines, and contributing to ongoing improvements in training programs

Skills

• Strong background in Clinical Education and Training, with experience designing and delivering instructional content for healthcare professionals
• Knowledge of Medicine and Critical Care Medicine, or related clinical fields, to support evidence-based training on aesthetic devices
• Demonstrated ability to conduct and apply Research to update training materials and stay current with clinical best practices
• Experience in medical aesthetics or related specialties considered an asset
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex clinical concepts in clear, accessible language
• Proficiency with video conferencing platforms, learning management systems, and digital collaboration tools
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple training engagements as an independent contractor
• Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, and the ability to work effectively with individuals from varied backgrounds and practice settings
• Relevant clinical licensure or certification (e.g., RN, NP, PA, MD, DO) preferred
